New lower pricing is effective July 2011!  We currently accept cash or a secured reservation by sending your check to be received a minimum of ten working (bank) days prior to your arrival.  You may cancel up to 12 hours before check in and receive a full refund.  Check in is 3 PM.  Check out is 11 AM. 

Our Heather Lee and Rose Eleanor Alie two bedroom suite is on our second floor. It has a queen bed in one room, two single beds in the second bedroom, a shower and bathtub, and a lounge with flat screen cable television, table and seating, under counter refrigerator, coffee maker and microwave.  The rate for two adults and up to two children age 5 and over is $75 per night Monday through Thursday nights, and $90 per night for Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights. 

The Ballard Suite is on our ground floor and has a private entrance.  It has a queen bed, a sitting area with a loveseat reclining sofa, a flat screen cable television, and a dining table with seating, as well as a shower and bathtub.  The kitchenette has a countertop and cabinetry and a double sink, under counter refigerator, coffee maker, and microwave.  The rate for two adults is $75 per night Monday through Thursday nights, and $90 per night for Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights. 

Pennsylvania sales tax is 6 percent and Somerset County sales tax is 5 percent.  Tax is collected on check in in cash. All these rates include a hot traditional Irish country breakfast of ham, sausage, eggs, toasted homebaked bread, pancakes, biscuits, seasonal fruit, tea and coffee.  Heart-healthy ingredients can be substituted. Please order from our menu the evening before.

We offer a 25 ft diameter heated outdoor pool in season.

Our deck and its adjoining skylit, covered outdoor room offer perfect spots for rest and reflection by our guests and residents alike.
